ABOUT US

Each of the principals of Rock Stage Productions got started in the live-music business 35 or more years ago. Bruce Bennett and Adam Boc began as New England-based musicians and, through the years, have pursued careers in original, cover, and tribute bands. Each actively and gradually learned the live-music-business ropes and then took the reins of dozens of musical projects, first as band leaders, booking managers, technical equipment managers, tour managers, personnel managers, financial managers, talent buyers, investors, and eventually full-on event producers, continually adding to their business know-how.

It's no secret that most musicians do not focus on business acumen. This isn't the case with the RSP team. Importantly, Bruce and Adam are each experienced entrepreneurs who have started legitimate, registered businesses and run them today, familiar with all legal aspects of business ownership and operation. Rock Stage Productions, officially a division of AfterFab LLC, launched in 2019, is the merger of this experience. The company's specific goal is to produce themed, branded, multi-band, rock tribute shows in top, destination theaters and amphitheaters.

BRUCE BENNETT

BBBruce Bennett is a music-business Renaissance man. He has worked with thousands of musicians throughout New England as a recording engineer, record producer, mastering engineer, live sound engineer, and digital duplication engineer. As a businessman and entrepreneur, many know Bruce as the owner of New England's largest CD/DVD factory, Superdups/New England Compact Disc, which has fulfilled over 30,000 orders for artists major and minor throughout the country.

As a musician, Bruce has played with many local and national bands including Witch Bonnie, Star Collector, Jet City and The Gary Hoey Band. Bruce invented and implemented Clear Channel/Live Nation's Instant Live Concert series, in which bands were recorded during live gigs, and CDs of the show were ready for purchase by patrons on their way out. Over 700 titles were recorded and released from the likes of The Allman Brothers, KISS, Peter Frampton, Jewel, The Black Crowes, Hall & Oates, Phil Lesh, Charlie Daniels and many more. One of his favorite memories was mixing and recording KISS live for several shows during their 2004 world tour. Another great accomplishment was doing the soundtrack for Sony Playstation's Nascar Racing, an audio hit that sold over 600,000 copies worldwide.

Bruce's recent involvement with tribute bands led him to create and produce branded, multi-tribute-band events such as the Classic Vinyl Revival, and the Rock and Roll All Nite Tribute Show, which have scored big in 550-to-1100-capacity New England venues such as Showcase Live, Blue Ocean Music Hall, and Aura.

ADAM BOC

ABAdam Boc has been a fixture on the New England music scene for nearly four decades. For original-music and tribute projects he has been singer, guitarist, bassist, keyboardist, drummer, songwriter, recording engineer, record producer, business owner, record label creator, webmaster, social-media manager, graphic artist, marketing manager, personnel manager, financial manager, event producer and more.

His original post-punk band Miranda Warning placed all three of its albums, in the year of their releases, in the annual WFNX Top 30 Local Releases chart. His indiepop group Jumprope, released three albums as well, securing indie record deals in the US, Spain, and Japan. In 2012 he founded the world's first tribute to the music of The Beatles' solo careers, AfterFab.

A former manager and director of software test engineers, Adam has focused since 2012 on the key aspects of the live-music business in which most musicians unfortunately come up short: business planning, budgeting, effective marketing, and income strategies. He believes that if you want to be an earning musician, learn HTML, Photoshop, Quickbooks, Video Editing, Marketing, and Business Planning, then learn a musical instrument. He most recently conceived of the branding and marketing for the multi-tribute-band show Titans of '80s Rock Tribute, which, on its first implementation, sold out the 600-capacity Showcase Live at Patriot Place in Foxborough MA and has subsequently sold up to 1535 at Bank of NH Pavilion.
